The 4th Asmaraloka Welcomes Couples at Soehanna Hall

For the first time, Asmaraloka was held twice in one year, with its 4th edition taking place on July 5, 2025, at Soehanna Hall, SCBD. The event continued to provide a calm, practical space for those preparing for their wedding and their families to connect directly with curated wedding vendors.

Visitors Take Their Time

From morning until evening, visitors arrived steadily, taking time to explore each section without feeling rushed. Many attended with parents or close friends, using the day to finalize plans or gather ideas calmly.

Curated Vendors for Every Need

The 4th Asmaraloka featured catering, decor, entertainment, attire, photo-video services, wedding organizers, and souvenir options, allowing visitors to see and taste what they might need for their big day.

Catering partners included Aprez Catering, Al’s Catering, Culture Royale, Umara Catering, and Akasya Catering, providing tastings and practical discussions.

Decor references like Kimikayo Decoration and Tuesday Project showcased styling setups, while My Entertainment and Putra Mahkota offered live entertainment samples.

Photographers and videographers—ThePotoMoto, PhotoPlace ID, and Akasa Foto—displayed their portfolios, while Harry and Friends WO, Meet The Bride, and Akar Suara shared insights on wedding day coordination.

Attire references from Senja by NRDN and BeBlooms Wedding, make-up artists Farahlisani and By Laxmi Anggun, souvenir providers Lucklig and Nuna Gift, Enamored MCs, and Viding Co completed the lineup.

A Cozy, Focused Event

Unlike larger expos, Asmaraloka maintains an intimate scale, allowing genuine conversations between visitors and vendors without the pressure of crowds. While door prizes were part of the event, the focus remained on helping those finalizing their celebration plans prepare practically for their upcoming weddings.

Continuing the Journey

The successful 4th Asmaraloka demonstrates that a twice-yearly schedule can meet demand while maintaining its cozy feel. Many left with clearer ideas and trusted contacts as they continue preparing for their special day.
